New CHIP-OTTO release (0.3) for the ZX Spectrum Next, with the following bug fixes and improvements:
- Y overflow fix for David Winter's Blitz; now the game is running properly
- Mute sound on reset
- Browser running at full speed (28 MHz)
- Fixed Airplane.CFG
- Added Wall [David Winter].CFG
