BASIC 10Liner Contest version fix

Unfortunately, as contest participant Matthew kindly pointed out, the ZX Spectrum version (lader10l.zx.tap) submitted to the contest was buggy (it crashed when all lives were lost). The problem was probably due to the old runtime version of ugBASIC. I rebuilt the game with the latest version of ugBASIC (1.17.1) and it now seems to work fine. You can now download the fixed package Lader_BASIC10LinerContest_fix.zip.
